Introduction
These Terms apply to your use of the DzignMate prototype and early-access product experience. They are intended to provide a practical framework for use of the platform while the product continues to evolve.
Prototype / early-access nature
DzignMate is currently offered as a prototype or early-access workflow. Features, outputs, interfaces, and availability may change without notice as the product is refined.
User accounts
If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
Uploaded images and project inputs
You may upload room images and provide project inputs such as area type, mood direction, and related design information. You should only submit content you have the right to use and share for the intended workflow.
AI-generated outputs
DzignMate outputs are intended for planning, review, and design direction. Generated renders and workflow suggestions may require review, refinement, and professional judgment before client, commercial, or operational use.
Preliminary BOQ and cost estimates
Preliminary BOQ and cost estimates are provided for early-stage cost direction only. They are not final quotations, procurement documents, or construction-ready estimates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DzignMate in a way that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or disruptive to the platform or other users. You also agree not to submit content that you do not have permission to use.
Intellectual property
DzignMate and its interface, branding, and underlying workflow materials remain the property of DzignMate or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the rights you hold in the content you upload.
Limitation of liability
DzignMate is provided as an evolving product experience. To the extent permitted by law, DzignMate is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on prototype outputs without appropriate review, verification, or professional assessment.
